Zoomba Technologies is a Jenks based technology support company specializing in network and PC sales, service and support to Tulsa area businesses.  We specialize in Microsoft Small Business Networks, Microsoft Exchange, Data Backup and Recovery Services, and Computer hardware and software support.

As an A+ Certified Technician for Zoomba Technologies, you will be an important member of the team that audits, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment.

 

Qualifications: 

·         CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certifications a plus.

·         Demonstrable experience with configuration and troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals, such as hard disks, modems, and upgrade cards.

·         High School Diploma or equivalent experience. An associate’s degree or higher is a definite plus.

·         PC experience in Macintosh or Windows environments. You must have working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (specifically Word and Excel).

·         Working knowledge of operating systems and platforms to include DOS and Windows as a minimum. Other operating systems or platforms are a definite plus.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience working in IT as a solution provider.

·         Extensive knowledge of laptop and PC hardware and design.

·         Expert problem solver and solution finder!

·         TOTAL commitment to customer satisfaction and service.

·         Ability to translate computer talk into plain English for the end user.

·         Intimate familiarity with wireless and wired networking, ISP's, and networking concepts.

·         Complete knowledge of the Microsoft Windows and Office products, from 95 through Windows 7 and 2010.

·         Hands on experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools.

·         Willingness to take on any challenge big or small.

·         Great team personality and ability to communicate effectively!

·         Available to work after hours, weekends, and as required.
